IT for Accountants
and Advisers
Firms that hold clients' financial lives in their systems can't treat IT as an afterthought. We run technology for accountancy practices and wealth managers where confidentiality, records and uptime are the job.

How we support financial firms
Confidentiality, records and uptime, measured rather than assumed.
Security you can evidence
Multi-factor authentication, conditional access and sensible device policies across your Microsoft 365 environment, then proven: our tool-driven assessments measure your setup against Cyber Essentials controls and produce a clear, prioritised report you can show a client, an insurer or a regulator's questionnaire.
- MFA and conditional access done properly
- Tool-driven assessments mapped to Cyber Essentials controls
- Cyber Essentials certification readiness when you want the badge
Retention that matches your obligations
Financial firms keep records for years and "it's probably in someone's inbox" is not a retention policy. We configure Microsoft 365 retention and archiving so client records are kept as long as your obligations require, findable when needed and disposed of when they shouldn't be kept any more.
- Email and document retention policies in Microsoft 365
- Archiving that survives staff changes
- Secure client document exchange instead of email attachments
Open for business, always
Deadlines don't move because a server died. Backup, tested recovery and cloud infrastructure that keeps your practice working through hardware failures, office moves and the January rush.

Financial Services FAQs
Do you support our practice management or tax software?
We run the IT underneath it: the devices, the network, the Microsoft 365 accounts and the backups. Support for the application itself sits with the vendor who wrote it. When a problem needs both sides, we deal with them directly rather than leaving you in the middle.
How should clients send us sensitive documents?
Not as email attachments. We set up secure sharing in Microsoft 365 so a client gets a link rather than a copy, access can be withdrawn and you have a record of who opened what.
How long do we have to keep client records?
That one is for your firm and your regulator. We don't give compliance advice. Once you have decided, we configure retention and archiving in Microsoft 365 so it happens on its own instead of depending on someone remembering.
A client has sent us a security questionnaire. Can you help?
Yes. Our tooling measures your Microsoft 365 setup against Cyber Essentials controls and produces a prioritised report, which covers most of what these questionnaires ask. If the client wants the certificate itself, the same work gets you ready for the assessment.
What happens if something breaks in January?
Deadlines don't move for a dead server, so backup and tested recovery come first rather than last. Support arrangements are agreed around your busy periods rather than ours.
We still have a server in the office. Does it have to go?
Not on day one. We move in stages, usually email first and then files. Nothing is switched off until the thing replacing it is working, which is how most firms end up cloud-only without a weekend of drama.
